LORENA NOVOA

Lorena was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to Australia as a toddler. She joined YTT in 1984 (her first song was "Flashdance - What A Feeling")

 
After leaving the show in 1987 went on to become a part of the New Generation in 1988.
 
Lorena recalls her experience of being on YTT as "...sensational."
Since leaving YTT Lorena has not stopped making music; she was a part of the group Raspberry Jam that got through to the finals of "Star Search" in the early 1990s and was the lead singer of "Culture Shock" that went on to release several singles and achieve chart success. She has also been busy with voice overs on television and radio commericals.
 
Lorena is living in Melbourne and pursuing a solo career.
