Rod was an original Young Talent Team member and
stayed with the show for 2 years.
By this time he and Vikki Broughton had to say goodbye as it was at this time
decided that 16 was too old for the program.
After leaving YTT, Rod hosted his own TV
show, "Rod's Fun Palace".
Following this, Rod disappeared from our screens and seemingly
the entertainment business. He now resides in Queensland,
where he writes self-help books.
Barbara Llewellyn and Rod Kirkham
met in 1976, became a couple in 1977,
and wed in 1978.
They gave birth to their son, Sky, in 1981.
They have lived in many places throughout the world and have consistently
grown their marriage throughout the years and now share a seriously happy
marriage in Queensland, Australia.
They have always considered their marriage to be
their primary career.
They have authored a highly successful book - "Married and Loving It".
