TIM NELSON

Tim started on YTT when he was 13 years old.
His first song was "Candy Girl".
"Timmy" was doing amateur theatre in a scout talent
show when he was discovered and asked to audition for
the program. He then trained with the team for a month
before being recruited.
Tim remembers his most enjoyable moment being the 15th
birthday spectacular. He also enjoyed going to the
Logies and as well as touring.
When he left the show, towards the end of 1987, he worked at TV House for
three years and worked with the Sydney Olympic production organisation, filming
the features and highlights of Australia for the Olympics. He is currently
working as a TV sports producer and remains good friends with Vince.
When asked if he would do it all over again, he said: "Oh yeah."
